'Yuuuge' debut as 'Saturday Night Live' returns with Alec Baldwin as Donald Trump

It’s been one helluva summer break for “Saturday Night Live.”

The comedic troupe at Studio 8H’s season premiere focused on political drama, with actor Alec Baldwin inheriting the wispy blond Donald Trump wig and orange spray-tan from SNL veteran Darrell Hammond.

The casting switch saw SNL announcer Hammond taking on the role of former President Bill Clinton.

Kate McKinnon stormed the cold open by portraying Hillary Clinton as a pneumonia survivor hack revitalized with a nimble Willy Wonka tumble.
